All members have some vital attributes in common, i.e. having the right mindset, work focus, perseverance and resourcefulness to create the best (innovation and usefulness) solutions that could confound contemporary thinking and imagination.
Members are multinational, having held key executive positions in their former engagements with global companies, including Motorola Semiconductor, National Semiconductor, Freescale and ON Semiconductor. Simply stated, there exist background diversities, in terms of culture, education upbringing and country of origin, namely the UK, USA, Australia, and Hong Kong.
