Beware of Counterfeit Products
The only way to be sure you’re buying a Ceborn product is to buy directly from Ceborn or a Ceborn authorized reseller. Ceborn products purchased by consumers directly from Ceborn or an authorized reseller, whether online or in a physical store, carry the Ceborn limited warranty.
Buying from unauthorized resellers can be risky. Ceborn’s limited warranty only covers products that have been purchased directly from an authorized reseller. Moreover, products purchased from unauthorized resellers may be counterfeit or stolen goods. If you attempt to resell such products without Ceborn’s authorization, you may be subject to significant civil liability and/or criminal penalties.
In some cases, the counterfeit products and their packaging are extremely close in appearance to Ceborn products, but they do not meet the high standards of performance found in Ceborn products. If you believe that you may have purchased counterfeit Ceborn products, we encourage you to contact "sales@ceborn.com" so that we may be able to assist you in determining whether the product is counterfeit.
